
Dina Martinez-Rubio
Business Representative
Dina emigrated with her family from Nicaragua to West Palm Beach in 1981.
In 1994, in partnership with her husband of 35 years, Dina acquired Don Ramon Restaurant and its multiple locations. Dina oversees all business operations of Don Ramon.
For almost 30 years, Dina has been involved in a number of organizations and city-wide initiatives. She is also a founding member of the Southside Business Association and currently serves as president of the organization. Dina is also an Executive Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, and founder of the Latin Quarter West Palm Beach.
Dina somehow finds the time to remain active in a number of other local and statewide organizations, such as; the Florida Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Chamber of Palm Beach County, Aspira Florida, Hacer, American Cancer Society, Grandma’s Place, and the Forest Hill High School SAC.
Dina is a firm believer in President John F. Kennedy’s admonition to us all; “My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”
