The next SENA General Membership Meeting will be held February 17th, and will be held in the S. Olive Elementary School Cafeteria, 7101 S. Olive Ave., at 6:30 p.m. ALL members, non-members, new residents, “snow birds”, southend businesses and visitors are welcome to attend!
SENA’s Winter in the Sun meeting is a great opportunity to “meet & greet” with other families and individuals, receive the latest Southend updates and see first-hand why SENA is the most dynamic neighborhood association in West Palm Beach!
Featured at this year’s “Winter in the Sun” meeting, will be a presentation from PGA representatives on the NEW WPB Golf Park and what it will mean to golfing in the region and to our own SENA residents and businesses.

And for the first time, we will be introduced to each of the three developer finalists selected by the City Commission for their respective proposals and vision for the long-vacant 8111 S. Dixie Hwy parcel of land.

Also, we’ll hear our quarterly police and safety report as well as an update on the District 1 City Commission race, which will be determined at the March 8th city-wide General Election.
