Annual Membership Meeting
October 13, 2022 @6:30 PM
South Olive Elementary School
DON'T MISS this year's Annual General Membership Meeting on October 13, 2022, 6:30 PM, at the South Olive Elementary School cafeteria! Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Mayor Keith James will be providing a “peek” at all the new development and plans impacting the future of the south end of our City.
The SENA General Membership meeting is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to attend.
This is a great opportunity to meet Mayor James, ask questions, and get a first-hand glimpse into the growth of our City and the future of the south end! If you only attend one membership meeting for the whole year, it should be the Annual General Membership Meeting on October 13th!
In addition to featuring a “state of the City” by Mayor Keith James, updates for projects currently underway, such as the new PGA municipal golf course, 8111 S. Dixie and Palm Coast Plaza, will also be provided.
SENA Board of Director elections will also take place. Remember, only SENA members can vote.
Have you officially joined SENA? There’s still time to join before October 13th. Membership is $20 dollars per year, per person or business. Spouses, partners or other same household or same business individuals, are also $20 per person.

Changes to the Bylaws
Important revisions are being proposed to the SENA bylaws that will increase the number of board members, create an executive committee to act on behalf of the board in between board meetings, and requiring only two general membership meetings each year, rather than four.
You can review these and other proposed revisions here. The bylaw changes being proposed will be voted on by all SENA members present at the Annual General Membership Meeting, October 13th, 6:30 PM, at the S. Olive Elementary School Cafeteria.
Only regular paid members are eligible to vote. If any member has questions regarding the proposed bylaw revisions, please email us at, info@senawpb.org.
