On May 18th, the West Palm Beach City Commissioners heard presentations from three different developer finalists before unanimously selecting the West Palm Beach-based Flagler Development team.
City staff will now begin final negotiations with Flagler Development that will include upwards of $10 million dollars for the purchase of the 6.5 acre parcel. The Flagler project features a grocery as the anchor tenant of the project. Still unknown, is which grocery store brand that will be opening across the street from the existing Winn Dixie.
