The Southend Neighborhood Association (SENA) is the largest non-mandatory homeowner and resident association in the City of West Palm Beach. It is also a special part of the city that is experiencing a resurgence of new and younger families buying homes and putting down roots.
New residents are discovering many of the restaurant and service businesses that our long-time residents have known about and cherished for years. And our long-time residents are likewise discovering the many new boutique shops, design showrooms and dining options which are all flocking to the south end.
SENA was first formed almost 25 years ago and has been dedicated to improving and preserving a family-oriented quality of life on behalf the residents that reside between Southern Blvd and Arlington Rd.; and between the intracoastal waterway and the FEC tracks.
Today, more than 3,500 registered voters live in the south end. New single-family home construction is taking place like never before. A new refurbished and redesigned PGA golf course, a waterfront promenade and two very active community parks featuring, little league baseball, youth soccer leagues, a new tennis center with soon to begin a junior tennis program.
If you are a new business in the South End, you have already made the marketing decision that the south end of the city is where you want to be; if you're an established business that has been here a while, you knew all along the south end is the place to be!
For both new and established businesses, you want maximum exposure to all the residents and families in the south end. And for SENA, helping to grow a unique shopping and dining destination, strengthens our mission to improve and preserve a family-oriented quality of life.
